You don’t need an account to see events, videos or photos, or to buy tickets. Tickets are sold by Eventbrite under their own privacy policy.

If you join the club

We keep your email, first name, and anything you add yourself (last name, birthday, music you like), your email preference, the date you confirmed you’re 18+, the parties you check in to, and your rewards and giveaway entries. We use this to run your card, stamps, rewards, giveaways and members-only invites.

We only send party news if you tick the box. Service emails about your account, rewards or giveaway wins are sent either way. You can change your email preference in your profile at any time.

Who handles it

Your club data is stored with Supabase (servers in Sydney, Australia). The website is hosted by Netlify. Emails are sent by our email provider. These companies process it for us and for no other purpose. We never sell your information.

Analytics

If you tap “Accept”, Google Analytics measures visits and actions such as ticket button taps, video plays and sign-ups. It doesn’t receive your email, name or member code. If you tap “Decline”, it doesn’t load.

Photos and videos

We photograph and film our parties. If you appear in something and want it removed, tell us and we’ll take it down.

Your rights

You can see, correct or delete your information. Most of it is editable in your profile. To delete your account or ask anything else, email info@southmedia.co.nz.
